This is the easiest recipe I have done in years.
I hope you guys like and you can also try with other nut butters such as peanut and almond.
RECIPE
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the over 180* (350F) line a cookie sheet and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the butter and maple syrup, combine with a spatula until form a creamy paste. Fold in the flour of your choice until it forms a cookie dough ball.
Divide into smaller balls and shape them as your desire.
Bake for 15 mins approx, anything from 8 to 18 minutes depending on the size.
Cooldown cookies once cooked and ready to enjoy :)
