All attendees “25 of us” did four workouts a day, starting at 6 am with Aeroyoga. At 9 am there would be Aero3 (an hour and half of jumping rope, squats, discs, resistance bands, and abs work), then at 2 P.M. Yeppp.. We here once again starting another fantastic camp in Tulum. The expectations were high, but everyone seems happy and excited about the weekend. Most of the participants arrived today, and there was no better way then receive them with an hour and a half #aeroImpact workout during sunset on the beach.
