Michael Olajide The Training Camp is finished but for sure we have created amazing memories that will hold our expectations until next year.
All attendees “25 of us” did four workouts a day, starting at 6 am with Aeroyoga. At 9 am there would be Aero3 (an hour and half of jumping rope, squats, discs, resistance bands, and abs work), then at 2 P.M. Aeroblast (one-on-one boxing for an hour), and finally, at 5 P.M., AeroImpact (90 minutes of boxing with bags). Below a little in
